Problem commit to GIT repos

i'm facing following error when i try to commit code to the repository.

i could not figure out why it is happening.

kindly tell me what this problem is and how can u solve it

Git failed with a fatal error.

error: open(".vs/GigHub01/v15/Server/sqlite3/db.lock"): Permission denied

fatal: Unable to process path .vs/GigHub01/v15/Server/sqlite3/db.lock

Do have enough rights to commit the changes to Git Repository?
