Pivot a csv file.

Approach 1 -

You should be able to read the csv file to a datatable and then use the .net code from one of the following links to pivot it and finally write it back to a csv

Approach 2 

You should be able to read the csv into a datatable and then write you own function to process it line by line or through an array/collection.. and then write it back to csv.
