first of all you need to make a database after that connect to the database after that make sql query to insert and retrive image.

here is the code:

$conn=mysqli_connect("localhost", "root", "", "op");

if(!isset($conn)) echo "not done";

else return $conn;

//insertion query

$query="INSERT INTO `user`(`first_name`,`last_name`,`username`, `password`, `email_id`, `phone`) VALUES ('$fname','$lname','$uname','$password','$email','$number')";

$res=mysqli_query($conn,$query);

//display query

$check1 = "SELECT * FROM `user` INNER JOIN `user_profile` ON `user`.user_id = `user_profile`.user_id";

$res1 = mysqli_query($conn,$check1);

$row1 =mysqli_fetch_array($res1);
