Hi guys in the table when the user click on the edit button pop up should appear with text box and when the click save its should save in particular row in database so for that i can use id...but how to pass value to pop up modal...i can i do this requirement.

when you're loading your data add data-name="" and data-status="" to your tr.
foreach($all_collection as $jdata){
?>
"something_tbody" data-name="value" data-status="value">
echo $jdata['orderNumber'];?>
"" type="button" class="a6">Edit

?>
and when you click the button read these values and plot in the modal.
$(document).on('click', '.your_id', function(){
var name =$('#something_tbody').data('name');
var status =$('#something_tbody').data('status');
//shoe it in your modal now
});

Hi Preetham,

Whenever you are loading your table that time only you can merge the id with the button,
ex.
as per the example you can merge the record on button as "data-id".
                    foreach($all_collection as $jdata){
                    ?>

                        echo $jdata['orderNumber'];?>
                        echo $jdata['orderDate'];?>
                        echo $jdata['customerName'];?>
                        echo $jdata['collection_amount'];?>
                        echo $jdata['collected_amount'];?>
                        ""  type="button" class="a6">Edit


                    ?>
And when you clicked on button to show popup you can merge the record id, as shown below in script
$(document).on('click', '.a6', function(){
var Id = $(this).data("id");
document.getElementById("idvalue6").value = Id;
var inputdaata=document.getElementById("idvalue6").value;
window.location.href = "edit_collection.php?Id=" + inputdaata;
});
