PDF file to text to speech conversion

Hello, i working on text to speech conversion. and i am stuck in the big problem and i have no idea how to resolve it. so any expert plz help me and reply as soon as possible.

 

problem is:-

1. i convert pdf file to speech. Pdf file rendering completely. and text font and size not change.

2. pdf render in browser then i am selecting text from file and only selected text are converted  into speech
