pass javascript session to server side

How do i read the session that i've circle in the image at server side code behind asp .net c#..Please help anyone. Tq in advance.

Hi Hazel,

You can take one hidden field value and store session values in it and you can use in code behind file.

In jquery your get method for sesssion is currect.But set the session shoudl be serverside calling from jquery .you may use ajax to call server side web method. bellow is the link

Hi,

You can not assign session values directly through javascript.
Alternative ways is Call the code behind function and assign the session values.
Javascript Function:
function InitializeRequest(path)
{
            // call server side method
            PageMethods.SetDownloadPath(path);
}
C# Code :
[System.Web.Services.WebMethod]
public static string SetDownloadPath(string value)
{
    Page objp = new Page();
    objp.Session["term"] = value;
    return value;
}
Must enable page methods set to true
<asp:ScriptManager EnablePageMethods="true" ID="PAGE1" runat="server" ScriptMode="Release" LoadScriptsBeforeUI="true">asp:ScriptManager>
