Parsing an HTML page

Well thanks for ur kind response though that was a waste of time. I set it as an example for the reader. Nothing wrong with yahoo, that was an example nothing else. If i can do that i will able to do other things as well

I think I get it now, however I cannot see the logic in wanting to do it that way. I imagine it is possible, but right off I cannot think of a way to do this, nor do I really want to. What's wrong with just using the Yahoo mail the way it is?

i think i am pretty much clear Lets say i log in to my email account I open http://mail.yahoo.com Then i type my user name and password and login Now i get the list of email displayed in HTML file What i want to automatically log in to that using my own program and then retreive the email header from the page. Is that make sense I need to parse the html page for that.... How can i do that

Not really sure what you are asking... Are you wanting to actually get PART of the HTML? If so, I don't know of any way to do that short of reading in the entire page with an HTML control of some sort, and then using code to parse the part that you are interested in. OR, you could write a parser yourself that would read the raw HTML (like when you View Source), and then manually pick out the part(s) in question. Could you be a little more specific?
