PAN card with Asp.Net MVC

HI, I have the small issue Regarding the MVC GRID. The problem is When I enter the details i.e; first name and last name based on the last name I need to generate the Random PAN CARD Number i.e AAAAY0000A in This String first 4 letters I need to generate random letter up to ZZZZ and 5th letter must have come from the SURNAME and remaining 4 digits generate random numbers from 0000 to 9999 n 10th letter must be generated RANDOM IN A Sequence i.e A TO Z ...Can You Please Help me from this Problem???

Everytime I dont want to take the last record from Database
It will automatically generate when the user register thier details

string length must be 10 chars

have you change "AAAAC0001A"; to get last record pancard value from database?

Still having issue Its not incrementing the the first 4 characters and length must be 10

Please Check Attached Zip file in that controller i do code as per your requirements so use that increament method it will increment number and you have to bind last created record pan number and put iy fullpan variable as per attach image

Please Check this link. as per this link It will Random Number like BEP so it dosen't Matter the Sequence you can create it Random

When i enter the firstname and last name and surname the particular random number must be generate

i.e AAAAC0000A

First 4 characters must be random ie AAAA ,AAAB....to ZZZZ
5th Character must be Come from the FirstCharacter of SurName
Remaining 4 Digits must be random i.e 0000,0001 to 9999
last character must be random

It's using MVC Library so you just need to initialise Random as per above so copy above code and try again
