in project A, add a reference to project B and the classes from project B automatically become available in project A your better off making a dll instead of project b, and using that dll in project A

I would think that it would be as easy as adding the form class file to both projects. If you actually want to communicate with an INSTANCE of the form in another program, I'm not sure that it's something it was designed to do. You'll probably have to use some sort of interprocess communication.
