Open PDF on web browser with security validation

Since the source PDF files are available locally on your machine, you can try modifying the security features of each PDF file before viewing it.
LEADTOOLS .NET classes provide the ability to alter the PDF file's security options using the PDFFile.SecurityOptions property as shown in the following link:

This property is an instance of PDFSecurityOptions class, which contains definition for the different PDF security options such as Copy, Edit, Print, Password, etc.

The following C# code shows how you can disable the printing and copying features for your PDF file:

string _srcPdfFile = @"D:\MyFiles\Soruce.pdf";
string _dstPdfFile = @"D:\MyFiles\Soruce_Security.pdf");
PDFFile _pdfFile = new PDFFile(_srcPdfFile);
// Set the PDF security options
_pdfFile.SecurityOptions = new PDFSecurityOptions();
// Disable PDF printing
_pdfFile.SecurityOptions.PrintEnabled = false;
_pdfFile.SecurityOptions.HighQualityPrintEnabled = false;
//Disable Copy
_pdfFile.SecurityOptions.CopyEnabled = false;
