What you said is correct. Then what should i do when it have like below code. It's like constractor injection

public class OrderController : ControllerBase
{
DatabaseContxt _context;
IProduct _product;
public OrderController(DatabaseContxt contxt,IProduct product)
{
_context = contxt;
_product = product;
}
}

Create a BaseApiController class that inherits from ControllerBase, place this common method in it.

all controllers inherit from your BaseApiController , they will get this implementation to use.

ex-

public class BaseApiController: ControllerBase
{

   public bool getvalue(bool data)
   {
      if (data)
         return false;
      else
         return true;
   }

}

public class HomeController : BaseApiController
{

      [HttpGet]
     public bool check()
      {
            bool a=getvalue(false);
           return a;
      }
}

public class AboutController : BaseApiController
{

      [HttpGet]
      public bool check()
      {
         bool a=getvalue(false);
         return a;
      }
}
