Objects explorer opening slowly

Extremely slow expanding any objects like databases through SSMS (18.0), I'm using Developer Edition 2017 and there is no data on this server. Really I'm getting slowly I don't know what happened?

Hi,

Its problem occure due to some jobs (process) running in background...Try after some time may be its resolved...or monitor the server and check the running jobs..
