Npgsql downloading error

Hello.

I dont know if it is the right Category but I will still ask.

When I try to instal Npgsql on My VS 2015 after i pressed first time on Tools > NuGet Package Manager > Package Manager Console it gived a error to me. I mention I cant press anymore on Package Manager Console so i cant copy-paste the error

Hi Catalin,
It seems your package manager got stuck.You need to restart your visual studio,it will work.If still it does not work reinstall the NuGet Package Manager for Visual Studio extension .
