not getting integer i

for (int i = 0; i < dt.Rows.Count; i++) ;

if (dt.Rows[i]["productFile"].ToString() == "")

red part [ i ] is showing error

the name i does not exist in the current context

Hi,
You should remove semi-colon from below line -
for (int i = 0; i < dt.Rows.Count; i++);
Your code should be -
for (int i = 0; i < dt.Rows.Count; i++)
if (dt.Rows[i]["productFile"].ToString() == "")

hello friends,
i removed the semicolon now
but now having problem of [ i ] when i am taking values in table by dt.row[i]+name+
then it gives error upon [ i ] the name i does not exist in the current context.

remove ; from for loop end
for (int i = 0; i < dt.Rows.Count; i++)
{

Hi Assem,

This is due to syntax error, you have an error in syntax

Below is correct code.
for (int i = 0; i < dt.Rows.Count; i++)
{
if (dt.Rows[i]["productFile"].ToString() == "")
{
}|
}
You must have caught it now, the semicolon after the for loop terminating the scope of i and of course for loop too.
