In this we can create more than one object but only we can take reference from the first object .
Static construtor is known as non-instance constructor.

Hi Harish,

Non-static constructors are used to initializing the non-static members of the class.It is called every time when object of class is created. It is called explicitly. It takes parameters. It has access specifiers.
