How to solve
error 0152: No Entity Framework provider found for the ADO.NET provider with invariant name 'System.Data.SqlClient'. Make sure the provider is registered in the 'entityFramework' section of the application config file.

Already installed from package manager console

I suspect that you need to install EntityFramework in your application. For instance, in class library you added EntityFramework. But UI layer calls class library, so you need to install same version of EntityFramework in UI layer.

Go to Tools Menu -> Nuget Pakage manager -> Console

Install-Package EntityFramework
