i want to bind neswses based on descenting order of date

like

Accepted answer
for arranging the xml you have to use linq
XElement root = XElement.Load(xmlfile);
var orderedtabs = root.Elements("news")
                      .OrderBy(xtab => (int)xtab.Element("date"))
                      .ToArray();
root.RemoveAll();
foreach(XElement tab in orderedtabs)
    root.Add(tab);
root.Save(xmlfile);

I want to bind News to Datalist from xml file ordered by ascenting and or descenting order of date.
