Just because any scheme can be reversed does not mean you should not use it. You must present as many deterrents as possible. A combination of obfuscation settings like renaming, flow obfuscation, string encryption and so so are pretty effective in stooping reverse engineering.

very useful if we use .Net Obfuscators...
xenocode and dotfuscators are better ones.

Try using xenocode, actually it's not a free software , but they provide a trial version for 15 days. The advantage in it is more gui based and user friendly.
Dotfuscator is not so user friendly.
