Hi,

I want to know that is it possible to change the version of .Net Framework of a project later, in visual studio 2010 ?

More specifically, to change the project's properties go to the Project menu and select the project's properties or go to the Solution Explorer and right-click and choose properties. Then in the project properties window go to the Application tab and look for the "Target framework".

You can change project's properties (from Project menu) and set .NET Framework version there.

In ASP.NET you can specifically change the version of the Framework used, which is explained on this page:
