It seems to have 4 years of coding experience and use it to leverage your career is a good start. In my opinion, you can start learning some front end related technologies such as Angular/Vue/React, of course, you should start with JavaScript. Afterwards, maybe you can also explore the .NET Core because your current knowledge with .NET Framework is transferrable. Lastly, don't forget about Azure because you can also use your existing .NET knowledge to leverage the Azure cloud-related services. Thanks.

As per your statement you have already 4 years of experience in .net and you want to continue in .net so some of skill which are highly demands are Azure, Angular, .Net Core, Web API, EntityFramework, MVC and SQL Server.

 

Now a days no organization looking for only front end or backend developer. Most of companies are looking for fullstack developer. As per your interest of areas you can choose technology and start learning.
