I am a .net developer. If I want to become a solution architect in the era of industry 4.0 to what extent should I acquire knowledge of blockchain, iot and machine learning?

Thanks for your response.
The reason I asked about the extent to which one should acquire knowledge of blockchain, iot and machine learning to become a solution architect is that several modern solutions are being created by using IOT to collect data, use machine learning to perform analysis and have a blockchain in the backend. The web or mobile application is only a part of such a solution. I may not be able to understand or design a modern solution without having knowledge in areas beyond .net application development.
