What is the difference between

.Net Core Framework 4.6 and .Net Core 5? and if you were asked to build an application in .Net Core framework what would the person be reffering to?

2)There are Three Mainly targeted Framework .Net Core, .Net Framework, .Net Standerd
3)Person Refering Latest Stable Version of .Net Core 2.1
