You can use 3rd party toll like Sharegate or Metalogix .

If you are migrating content in the same env, you can use Content structure or user PowerShell.

The alternate approach will be create a list in SharePoint 2016 with the same structure as that of SharePoint 2010 list and user client side object model (console application) to read data from 2010 and write it to 2016.

If there are lot of such large size lists then its better to use powershell or tools like ShareGate.
