Mouseover to get missing using directives in VS17?

Hi.  I like C# best, but I also like Java for making game plugins.  When working in Java, I use Eclipse and if I'm missing an import (like c# "using" directives) it will red underline the item it doesn't understand and if I hover over it, it will suggest imports and I can click one and it adds it automatically.

 

I really wish VS would do that.  Is there a way to make that happen?
