Most repeating number in sequence and its starting position

Suppose I have an array of integer arr[1,2,3,1,1,1,2,2,3,3].Here 1 is most repeated from position arr[3] to arr[5] for 3 times. Ho to find its starting position i.e arr[3] and total repeated count i.e 3 programmatically.

    var result = data.GroupBy(a => a)
        .Select(a => new { Number = a.FirstOrDefault(), Count = a.Count() })
        .OrderByDescending(a => a.Count).FirstOrDefault();

    Console.WriteLine("Most repeting number : " + result.Number);
    Console.WriteLine("Element Index : " + data.ToList().IndexOf(result.Number));
    Console.ReadKey();

int[] arr = new int[] { 1, 2, 3, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 3, 3 };

            // group by value and count frequency
            var query = from i in arr.ToList().Skip(3).Take(5).ToList()
                        group i by i into g
                        select new { g.Key, Count = g.Count() };

            // compute the maximum frequency
            int repeated_count = query.Max(g => g.Count);

            // find the values with that frequency
            IEnumerable<int> modes = query
                                          .Where(g => g.Count == repeated_count)
                                          .Select(g => g.Key);
            // Find Positon to console
            foreach (var mode in modes)
            {
                int position = arr.ToList().IndexOf(mode);
            }
