MNC(Brand Name) vs Small Company?

If you join Infosys then you will have to do preparation for further study & also you will enhance your personality there. Small company company always wants work & work So you will don't have time.

Also If, You will be Infosys & go for PI in Any good institute. It will the upper hand for you in interview.

Thank You for your response. . Sir . the thing is . i m not much into programming. and the my profile at infosys is related to programming . shud i compromise with my INTEREST and go ahead and join infosys. or . work for a small company for 1-2 yrs and then proceed with my further studies. .?
