The sql syntax between the two db is different, you have to rewrite the stored procedures and most probably also the views and triggers

You cannot migrate Stored procedures, however, you can convert manually as shown article.

The problem is that transferring database objects that contain code is not really straightforward and MySQL workbench does not transfer them automatically, you need to manually transfer them after changing the datatype and syntaxes properly.
