can you tell me the how to read microsoft word line by line using wpf. if there is possible send the example code...

You can use LEADTOOLS OCR SDK technology in your application.
https://www.leadtools.com/sdk/ocr
Here is some sample code:
LoadDocumentOptions options = new LoadDocumentOptions();

using(IOcrEngine ocrEngine = OcrEngineManager.CreateEngine(OcrEngineType.LEAD, false))
using (LEADDocument document = DocumentFactory.LoadFromFile(@"DOCX FILE PATH", options)
{
    ocrEngine.Startup(rasterCodecs, documentWriter, null, LEAD_VARS.OcrLEADRuntimeDir);
    document.Text.OcrEngine = ocrEngine;
    // get text
    DocumentPage page = document.Pages[0];
    DocumentPageText pageText = page.GetText();
    if (pageText != null)
    {
        pageText.BuildText();
        string text = pageText.Text;

        Console.WriteLine(text);
    }

You can use Spire.Doc for .net library to read word document easily in wpf.
Document doc = new Document();
doc.LoadFromFile("Sample.docx");

string s = doc.GetText();
