You can select the micorosoft certification title and they are the elective type questions and answers. You need to write the exam in the authorized microsoft certification center. They will give the id and you need to log in into the web based exam. Once you have completed, then you can know the result at the end of exam and ceritifcate will be generated. You can take the print of the auto generated online certification.
