Managing SQL Server using C#

I'm wondering whether and how I can do the following using .NET (more specifically, C#): - Get a list of users from SQL Server - Create a new Database in SQL Server - Create a new user in SQL Server - Connect to SQL Server with a user who has Windows Authentication enabled (instead of a login name and password inside SQL Server) - Find the answer to similar questions - Where are things like these documented? I've figured out how to create tables inside existing databases - you simply execute the correct SQL statement. But I can't figure out how to do these other things. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Get a list of users from SQL Server "Select * from sysusers". You must have admin rights. 2. Create a new Database in SQL Server "Create database [database_name]". There are some options for this statement (see SQL Server BOL). Ypu have to log into mater database to run this command, so you need permossions to do it. 3. Create a new user in SQL Server "Exec sp_adduser [ @loginame = ] 'login' [ , [ @name_in_db = ] 'user' ] [ , [ @grpname ] 'group' ]". You must have admin rights. 4. Connect to SQL Server with a user who has Windows Authentication enabled (instead of a login name and password inside SQL Server) Sql server must be set to use Windows Authentication mode or Mixed mode (see SSQL Server BOL). 5. Find the answer to similar questions - Where are things like these documented? SQL Server Books On Line (BOL).
