Losing images behind new windows

How do you refresh an image after you have put a new window on top of it and then close that window? Is there a command to refresh the image if anythig is moved across it?

How does one go about implementing that? Is there a function that is called whenever a window on the screen is moved. This happens if any window is moved over the image, regardless of what program it is. So, I guess the question is, where to I insert the Refresh() command?
