Looking for job after gap. Please advice.
Hai ,I need some valuable suggestion. I completed btech in 2011 and worked on dot net till 2013,I have a gap of 1 year due to some personal problems.i heard that in MNC companies they will not recruit if there is any gap.so now im planning to start my career please suggest me on the gap.

Actually it depends on the company policies weather company recruit such candidate or not. But the HR will surely ask what the reason of one year gap is. You will have to be ready with a smart answer.
If your answer satisfy the interviewer/HR than there will be no issue to crack an interview.
