How do you set a text box or any other similar input control to default to a differnt language other then English. Especially a right to left language?

Setting the TextAlign property is not enough. What happanes is that you start writing English from the right side of the TextBox. I can switch to second language by hitting Alt-Shift, but I want the second language to be default.

for textbox, label, button or anything that supports TextAlign property, set it to "Right" or "MiddleRight"
