You have to do this : -

System.Web.Security.Roles.Enabled

This is a direct read from the enabled attribute of the roleManager element in the web.config:

comment out everything from last migration and add a new migration.

Sir, When I add the migration to the Package Console Manager it shows table "ASP.Net Role" already exists.

There is no ignore-change command in EF core 5, so instead comment out the code in UP() method and update-database.

There are other ways also, but it will work.
