listview clicking

hi Im just starting out with C#: I have a listview with 3 cols (subitems) I need to pass the contents of a clicked row into 3 variables. I do this everyday when im using Visual Basic 6, but im not sure how to achieve this with C#. Anyone?

something like: string item1 string item2 string item3 item1 = ListView.SelectedItems[0].Text item2 = ListView.SelectedItems[0].SubItem[1].Text item3 = ListView.SelectedItems[0].SubItem[2].Text I may have got the array elememts wrong, but it shouldn't take to much to work out. Hope it helps, Craig
