List Contains More than 5000 Items

Hi Team,

I have list contatins more that 10000 items ln a list if possible to extract data to display in html table using C# script or Json or REst APi or Cam Query MEthod, if any method it am ok with that please share same sample full script.

Hi,

You can use recursive call.
In API add &$top parameter and in a result of API you will get next API call to get next bunch of list items.
You need to do continue this calls until you get next api null.
After every call you can store results in temporary array and when you get next url null, store temporary array in state and render items.

List items = new List();
do{
      ListItemCollection listItemCollection = list.GetItems(camlQuery);
     clientContext.Load(listItemCollection);
     clientContext.ExecuteQuery();
    items.AddRange(listItemCollection);
    camlQuery.ListItemCollectionPosition = listItemCollection.ListItemCollectionPosition;
} while (camlQuery.ListItemCollectionPosition != null);

Hi,

Do you want to disaplay all data at one go. I mean 5k records without pagination ?

If your requirement is not a one go then its better to implement pagination and filter your data at server side and bring data in chunk and implemant pagination.
