launch/run the .Exe file upon the webpage

Dear sir,
i canceled the module of attendance application with c# and my project already submitted.
        according to your last reply,my php project (Institute management) is developed in php with mysql and all data saved in mysql tables so i want to save the attendance data as present or absent using checkedlistbox.
        this application is  effective with php and is cross or multi-plateform.

so do you want to run c# exe from WAMP server?

And, which one should save data at mysql, is it C# exe or PHP application?
