keypress event in xamarin

Add two values without using click on button event.is It possible on keypress as just like js in android xamarin native?

it is call on keypress but the value is not modified after this keypress.

There is Override method is already on keyboard key press event in Xamarin.Android.

public override bool DispatchKeyEvent (Android.Views.KeyEvent e)
{
return base.DispatchKeyEvent (e);
}
