1).i'm trying pass json only one field data...

DEMO:-

var obj={

NAME : name

}

so tell me this Demo Example are possible or not in json.

hi,

in your demo

var obj={
NAME : name
}

if name is string then you have to put string inside double quote as shown below

var obj={
NAME : "name"
}

Hi Udit,
You can do it very easily. If you want to send single parameter then your code will be.
var jsonObjects = [{Name:"amit"}];
If you want to pass mulitple parameter then use it like this.
var jsonObjects = [{id:1, name:"amit"}, {id:2, name:"ankit"},{id:3, name:"Ramesh"},{id:1, name:"Mukesh"}];
if you want to send this jsonObject form ajax call then use below code.
jQuery.ajax({
          url: ,
          type: "POST",
          data: {students: JSON.stringify(jsonObjects) },
          dataType: "json",
          beforeSend: function(x) {
            if (x && x.overrideMimeType) {
              x.overrideMimeType("application/j-son;charset=UTF-8");
            }
          },
          success: function(result) {
         //Write your code here
          }
});

Hi Udit,

Till the time your json format which you are passing as parameter is correct/valid your demo will work without any errors. You can use any json validator to check your json string is valid or not.

Now json provided in yoour question is not valid because Strings should be wrapped in double quotes.
{
"NAME" : "name"
}
You can use above json for your demo.
