Jobless
I am a B.Tech(IT) graduate in 2011, earlier i was working in Delhi Govt. as Program Assistant on contract basis responsible for IT Administration like Office work. Now my contract was expired and i want to get job in IT firm. I learned Dot net platform but not an expert and i don't have any experience. I want a entry level job that provides me some training but all companies want an expert, even if the job is entry level they ask you to expertise in Dot net. So, what are the chances do I have ?

Note this, All experts once beginner, so don't worry about lack of knowledge on it. Just keep try to develop some web based system using .net and c# or VB.net. Maybe you can learn this thing more clear by yourself with help of Google and YouTube. Prepare yourself before gamble yourself in front of employer. You can present what you have done using these presentation on your interview. Employer always like practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge.
Follow these steps, I can assure better future for you. All the best and good luck for your job search.

First of all no one is expert in any field:-). I would suggest to keep trying to apply in companies. Post your updated resume and apply on different job portals. You can join any freshers group for IT related on yahoo or any other web portal. They are posting jobs on their groups and help such people like you. Please read your local as well as other new papers and apply.
You can also join linkedin for search jobs and apply it. Prepare yourself before going for interview. Prepare list of questions which you have attended in your previous interview. If you are trying and prepare yourself then definitely you get job.
