Sir i am graduate in BCA from Punjab University Chandigarh in 2009 and i have also done diploma in Software engineering from NIIT in New Delhi in 2012. But i have question in my mind that i want to become Web Developer but from 2012 to untill now i.e Present 2014 i am struggling in my field and i need guidance from you that what should i do to shape up my career. Please give me your valuable advice.

- Work hard
- Do not get discouraged by not finding right work.
- Keep learning, keep reading new articles, code, get new books and continue focus
- Continue work harder and harder
- Hang out with group that discusses technology and learn from them. Always willing to learn and listen.
- Continue work harder
- Join local user groups like C# Corner NOIDA Chapter and ask questions to speakers and seniors
- Do not be shy about asking questions and reaching out to people. More senior people are usually more modest. They don't mind young guys asking questions.
- Work Hardest
Today's failure may be the biggest success for you. Personally, I see nothing is failure. It's just success requires one extra step.
