Switching to new job with 1.7 years of experience is good, but in my opinion you should get few more years of experience for better opportunity. Don't run after the salary if you really want to increase your technical skills.

But if you have some other issue behind your salary option like you need money urgently for any purpose then go for it. 

Skills can be improved after some time.
