I am trying to call Javascript function as.net but ts no working.

Write js function as
function Validate()
   {
   alert("dd");
   if(document.getElementById(("<%=txtName.ClientID%>").value==""))
   {
   alert("Field Cannot Blank");
   document.getElementById("<%=txtName.ClientID %>").focus();

   }

   }
just you miss to close if condition properly it's working fine
