How are JavaScripts used in C#? I have not heard about that.

Please don't use the C# Language to ask questions about JavaScript.

However yes you can send email using JavaScript. There is probably something that exists for JavaScript but since these forums are for Microsoft technologies and C# and .Net, people here are less likely to be familiar with what is available. Microsoft provides various versions of CDO; they have a few names with CDO as part of the name but they are actually different. I think the one you want is CDO for Windows 2000 in Cdosys.dll but note that it might not be supported in Windows versions prior to Windows 2000 and it just won't work in non-Windows systems. If you need something that will work in all clients then you will get faster answers in another web site. I am sorry for saying that but I am saying that because it is the best answer I can provide and it is likely that any answer you get here will be the result of searching for answers. Perhaps you would get a faster answer if you had put this question in the correct forum.

I don't know it is possible by javascript or not? may be not. because javascript appears to client as it is written by the developer.

even if it is possible, then will not be as secure as aspx code-behind or config. 

I recommend you to use other than javascript.
