Italic, bold text in XtraReport ?

When designing XtraReport to create documents, contracts, ... there are documents that both have italics, bold but are in 1 control xrLabel such as if you want to bold, italic, ... in 1 xrLabel, you must What is it ? Attention is not split into multiple xrLabel

1. Why can't my computer's xrLabel find the AllowMarkupText attribute?
2. Also I found an xrRichTech control that also has the same function that creates italics, ... when running I assign a string to xrRichTech it doesn't work in print, why is that? this is the syntax I assign
xrRichTech.Text = "Welcome to my company";
