ASFAIK, you are not allowed to keep the "PDF" files/folder out from virtual directory. If you want to download, then just include a directory inside the web application and keep those files.

What is the value you are getting in "FilePaths" variable.

 

Secondly what this method "CheckCreateLogDirectory" is doing?
