MS provied very good utility Import/Export.

No need to use third party tools or waste time in write programs. Microsoft already provided an easy option for import/export.

Using Access - MS Office 2007,
I am not sure but, Please try External Data Menu and Import ODBC database (Import or link to an ODBC Database, such as SQL Server).

If you are not using the sql express edition then there's an option to Import/Export to other types of database sources like Excel/Access or any other odbc database.
