Integrate Google Earth with asp.net

I need to integrate google earth with my .net application.

However, i have download API for that n also configure it with my application.

But whenever i load my application it display black area only.I am not getting what problem it is.

I have also download API key for configuration.

Can any one explain me in detail how to get it exactly....? if possible plz provide small block of code.
