If you want to insert data from a table to another database table.

INSERT INTO dbo.Table1(col1, col2)

SELECT col1, col2 FROM SourceDatabase.dbo.Table2

WHERE (condition)

if you want insert two database in Sql server then below example just you can try

if you want to insert data from another database table then you have to connect two databases from c# then select what data you wanted to insert from Databse then send that data to other database insert query
