Insert data between rows into Datagridview

Hi,

I do navigate many days to see if I can found any tutorial where show how to insert a line of records betwee rows into datagrid. But I cant found it.

Please any help.

Hi Israel

Add edit templete in grid in case of asp.net.

in save button insted of update insert a row with your logic

As far as I see you are binding datatable to your datagridview then as per my first code it should work

If so use DataSet instead of DataTable and try
int idx = dataGridview1.CurrentCell.RowIndex;
var ds= (DataSet)dataGridview1.DataSource;
var row = ds.Tables[0].NewRow();
ds.Tables[0].Rows.InsertAt(row, idx);

Are you binding DataSet to you datagridview?

I received this error message:

You can try as below
int idx = dataGridview1.CurrentCell.RowIndex;
var table = (DataTable)dataGridview1.DataSource;
var row = table.NewRow();
table.Rows.InsertAt(row, idx);
